These terms apply to purchases made through the Jesus Youth UK Shop, operated by Jesus Youth United Kingdom (Registered Charity No. 1120415).
About your purchase
When you buy something through this shop, you're supporting our mission. The amount you pay is made up of the product's price plus any optional donation you choose to add — the donation portion is treated as a charitable gift and may be eligible for Gift Aid.
Pricing and availability
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We try to keep stock accurate, but if an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund of the undelivered item.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your card details on our servers.
Refunds and returns
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In short: we don't refund products that have been delivered or collected, but you are welcome to return unwanted items.
Gift Aid
If you choose to add Gift Aid to your donation, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and that you've paid enough Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year to cover the amount HMRC will reclaim. You can cancel a Gift Aid declaration at any time by contacting us.
