Our position on refunds
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on any product that has been delivered to you or collected in person. The money you've paid has already gone towards mission activities, events, and the running costs of our charity, so it can't be returned to you.
Returning a product
If you no longer need the item you purchased, you are welcome to return the product to us. While we can't refund your contribution, your returned item can be passed on to another supporter or used at a future event. To arrange a return, please get in touch using the contact link below.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to put things right — usually by sending a replacement where possible.
Orders not yet dispatched
If you've placed an order that hasn't yet been dispatched or fulfilled and you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to help.
Gift Aid contributions
Any donation amount paid above the product's price (and any associated Gift Aid claim) is treated as a charitable donation to Jesus Youth United Kingdom and is non-refundable.
